EST is more than just a coaching company. Our team operates across the sport, from coaching and competing ourselves to refereeing, spotting & loading and directing competitions.

EST allows us to positively impact as many lifters as possible. We provide a professional and comprehensive coaching service to powerlifters, while remaining personal and athlete orientated.  We use a high contact and client lead approach founded upon established methods and principles.

We are committed to improving and growing powerlifting in the UK. Beyond the standard of athletes rising, the production value and quality of competition and information available need to rise with this. We have supported and sponsored a range of divisional and national competitions over the past three years, and we always strive to improve our own knowledge and skill set so that we can share this via our coaching, content and extended services.
