We offer exclusively online powerlifting coaching with two options to choose from depending on the level of input you require and your budget.
Comprehensive Coaching is our most popular service.
This comprises individualised weekly programming delivered via our bespoke EST App (in collaboration with My Strength Book), technical feedback and communication through out the week via WhatsApp, and competition day coaching where possible.
The EST MSB App collects continuous data that benefits the coaching and athlete process; from daily readiness questionnaires, and volume trackers, to personalised RPE charts and estimated 1RMs for each exercise.
We offer a student discount on this service, so do mention this during your consult if it applies to you.
Monthly Cost: £80
Weekly Programming is our service aimed at those athletes looking for a more independent approach.
This option offers individualised weekly programming delivered via our App, but does not include the technical feedback or direct support that comes with Comprehensive Coaching. Your weekly check in will be used to discuss the weeks training and help inform the decisions moving forward.
This is a cost effective, low contact option for athletes who prefer a more independent approach.
Monthly Cost: £60
